Aspire to Enterprise is offering a FREE seminar series that aims to build the capacity of Social Enterprises through a series of short workshops and specialist events.
The key objectives of this programme are:
- To enhance the capabilities of existing Board Members and Chief Executives to identify and plan for new enterprise and trading activities
- To improve operational skills of the Managers and other appropriate staff in Financial and Business Planning, Procurement and Marketing activities
